We build the systems that fix the problems killing your profits. In seven days.
We work alongside Australian trades and allied health businesses to fix the admin that's costing you jobs. Working systems shipped in seven days - on tools you already pay for: Make, Zapier, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, and your existing CRM. No retainers until you've seen it work.
The work is fine. The admin is killing the margin.
Three problems show up in almost every trades and allied health business we audit. None of them are about how you do the job.
Leads slip through the cracks.
Quotes go out late. Follow-ups don't happen. The job goes to whoever rang back first - and that wasn't you.
Everything gets done twice.
The same job details get typed into the calendar, the invoice, the CRM, the text to the client. Every double-handle is a margin leak.
No time to fix the system.
You know the bottlenecks. You've known for months. But you're flat out on the tools, on the floor, or in the chair - and the admin work always loses.
That's the gap we close. We fix the system while you keep running the business - one working build at a time. Most operators we audit recover 5-10 hours of admin per week from a single seven-day build, with the first system paying for itself inside 30 days.
Pick your lane.
We work with two industries deeply, not ten industries shallowly. Both have the same admin problem. Both have very different fixes.
Plumbers, sparkies, builders & HVAC.
- Systems that take you from quote to paid - without needing a CRM
- Lead-response automation that beats the competitor to the customer
- Invoice and review chasing that runs without your input
Physio, chiro, OT, podiatry & dental.
- Patient intake flows that cut admin time per booking
- No-show and rebooking follow-ups that run themselves
- Referrer comms and intake forms that don't need a receptionist
Other industry? We don't say no to a good fit. Book the free audit and we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
Read this first.
A great virtual assistant and a great system aren't the same thing - and most Aussie operators end up needing both. The order you build them in matters.
The work needs judgement.
- Complex client emails that need a human reply
- One-off compliance paperwork or NDIS submissions
- Real-time phone calls during business hours
- Anything that changes every time and can't be templated
The work repeats.
- Quote follow-ups on a 48-hour, 5-day, 10-day timer
- Invoice reminders at 7 and 14 days overdue
- Review requests sent 24 hours after job completion
- Anything that runs the same way every single time
Most plumbing crews and allied health practices we audit end up with both. The system handles the repeatable 80 percent. The VA handles the messy 20 percent. The honest order: build the system first, then hire the VA for the work the system can't touch. You'll need fewer VA hours, and the hours you do buy go to work that actually needs a person.
Four steps. No retainers until you've seen it work.
We don't sell strategy decks. We start with a free audit, ship a working system in seven days, then train your team to run it. Retainers come last, and only if the systems earn their keep.
Free 30-minute Bottleneck Audit.
We map your get-paid process, find the three biggest leaks, and tell you plainly which ones AI and automation can fix - and which ones can't.
Seven-day build sprint.
We pick the fix that'll pay off fastest and ship it. Working system, not a PowerPoint. Built on tools you already pay for - Make, Zapier, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, your CRM.
Train your team to run it.
A short video walkthrough, a one-page SOP, and a live handover session. Your team runs the system. We're not in the loop on day-to-day operations.
Optional fractional retainer.
Once one system is paying off, we embed for 1-2 days a week as your fractional AI Operator. New systems ship monthly. Cancel any time.

GrokoryAI products are in the hands of Australian tradies and small business owners. Every system we build sits on top of the same handful of tools you probably already use.
25 years in digital operations and marketing. Built for small businesses, not enterprise. Not an AI researcher - just an operator who builds tools people can actually use.
The stack we build on. Your accounts, your data, your control.
"The quote follow-up sequence alone paid for itself within 2 days. I closed a $1,800 job I would've lost because I never followed up."
"I used to lose at least one job a week because I didn't reply fast enough. First week with SparkText I closed two quotes I would've normally let slip."
"I open the cheat sheet, copy, paste, and I'm back on the tools in 30 seconds. Game changer."
First seven-day builds shipping with Australian trades businesses in 2026. Case studies coming as results land.
Greg Hardiman. 25 years in the trenches.

I'm Greg. I run GrokoryAI out of Melbourne. Before this, I spent 25 years inside digital operations and marketing teams - agency side, client side, and as the guy you call when the website breaks at 9pm. I've built and broken enough systems to know which ones survive contact with a busy small business and which ones don't.
The lesson that took me longest to learn: most small businesses don't need strategy. They need the next bottleneck fixed, this week, with the tools they already pay for. Big consulting reports make consultants feel important. They don't make plumbers any money.
GrokoryAI is what I wish had existed when I was working out of a ute or running a clinic. An operator who turns up, fixes the leak, trains your team to run it, and leaves the system behind. Not a retainer. Not a platform. Just working systems, built in seven days or less.
What every Australian business should ask before buying AI.
The Australian Government's National AI Centre publishes a buyer checklist for choosing AI suppliers. We answer the six questions that matter most for trades and allied health businesses below.
What if the AI gets it wrong and costs me a customer?
Every system we build keeps a human in the loop on anything that touches a customer. Quote follow-ups, review requests, invoice reminders - they're drafted by the system, reviewed by you or your office, and sent on your approval. The AI doesn't go behind your back. If something goes sideways, you spot it before your customer does. We also build a "kill switch" into every workflow - one toggle in Make or Zapier pauses the whole sequence while you fix the underlying issue.
What happens to my customer data?
Your data stays in tools you already own and control - your CRM, your Google Workspace, your phone. We don't store it on a GrokoryAI server because there isn't one. When we use ChatGPT or Claude inside a system, we use the paid business tier with training switched off by default, and we tell you exactly which fields get sent and which don't. If you exit, your data stays with you, in the tools it already lives in.
Do I need to be technical to run this?
No. The whole point of a 7-day sprint is that we ship something your office person can run from day one. Every build ships with a one-page SOP, a short video walkthrough, and a live handover session. If your team can use Gmail and a CRM, they can run the systems we build. If they can't, that's the first thing we fix.
How do I know it's actually working?
We build a one-screen dashboard for every system - usually a Google Sheet or a simple Looker Studio view - that shows the numbers that matter. Quotes sent vs. quotes followed up. Average days to payment. Review requests sent vs. reviews received. If the numbers don't move in 30 days, the build hasn't earned its keep, and we say so before you do.
What happens if I want out, or if GrokoryAI disappears tomorrow?
Everything we build runs on tools you own the accounts for - your Make, your Zapier, your Google Workspace, your CRM, your ChatGPT or Claude account. We build inside your accounts, not ours. If you fire us or we go under, the systems keep running. You get full documentation on day one, not on the way out the door. There's no proprietary GrokoryAI platform to be locked into, because there isn't one.
Why seven days? What's the catch?
Seven days is the constraint, not a marketing claim. It forces us to pick one bottleneck and ship one working system - not three half-built ones. If the problem genuinely can't be solved in seven days, we tell you in the audit and either break it into smaller jobs or refer you on. We'd rather lose the project than ship something half-working.
The full National AI Centre buyer checklist is at ai.gov.au. We're happy to walk through any of the questions we haven't answered here on the audit call.
Book the audit. See if it fits.
30 minutes. We map your get-paid process, find the three biggest leaks, and tell you which ones AI and automation can fix. If none of them can - we say so. No sales pitch either way.
